Orlando for Spring Break

No surprise here but Orlando is the #1 US destination for "family spring break". If you're planning your spring break in Orlando, there's a lot to see and do - all perfect for families of any age and size.
Most associate Orlando to Disney World. But there is so much more to this beautiful city of Orlando. There's SeaWorld and Discovery Cove and Aquatica Water Park, and a chance to see performances by Cirque du Soleil and the Blue Man Group. Splash down at one of the two water parks in the area, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach - you and your family will love the water slides, wading pools, there's even a water play area for small children.
Universal Studios is also located in Orlando. The two theme parks, Universal Studios Florida and Universal Studios Islands of Adventure feature thrill rides and attractions for all ages.
In addition to large theme parks, there are many other things to do around Orlando. Old Town is a shopping area that boasts classic car cruise-ins, a classic Ferris wheel and various free events throughout the year. Gatorland has exhibits that will take visitors back to "old" Florida. They showcase alligators and crocodiles in their natural habitat. A trip to Gatorland wouldn't be complete without seeing a gator wrestling show.
And there's no better way to relax after a long day of site seeing then in a comfortable and affordable room in a Best Western hotel. There are a few in the Orlando area, so plan away and break away for spring!

My stay at the Bestwestern Toronto Airport hotel was awsome, thanks to all the kind faces at the frontdesk...
