A visit to San Antonio, TX should be considered incomplete without a visit to the famous River Walk. This network of walkways along the San Antonio River banks is lined with shops, restaurants, bars, and is one of the biggest pieces of the city's culture, not to mention a huge tourist attraction.
If you are looking for things to do or places to eat, your one-stop-shop is the River Walk. Its bridges and sidewalks connect to all the biggest tourist draws the city has to offer. Plus, over 20 events take place on the River Walk every year. One to watch for coming up is the Memorial Day Arts & Crafts Show.
At this show you will find some of the most exquisite and unique items of art you've seen. Vendors are all around willing to talk about their trade and inspirations. Don't forget, after your stroll is over, you are in the middle of some of the best restaurants the Southwest has. Check out all of these phenomenal places in this restaurant guide.
The last piece to your trip of experiencing the San Antonio River Walk is the hotel. We have you covered there with many unique and impressive Best Western hotels. There are plenty of great hotels in the area, but the BEST WESTERN Sunset Suites - Riverwalk is the closest to this attraction.
