St. Augustine around Christmas time is a very romantic weekend at a bed and breakfast. Ghost tours and carriage rides witha romantic dinner make the weekend special with my wife.

Most romantic destination is the island of Anguilla in the Caribbean

Venice, Italy was the most romantic destination that we visited.
We also stayed at the Best Western Hotel Olimpia- which was a great old hotel.

The most romantic destination for nature lovers is San juan islands in washington state.

Cavalier Inn, San Simeon, CA - my husband and I go every year for our anniversary - this year will be 45 yrs.

Balestrand, Norway on the Sonnejford at Kviknes Hotel. Not a lot of tourists - a small amount of shops - ferry in and out from Bergen, Norway which takes one hour each way!

Bruges, Belgium, is one of the prettiest small cities I've visited, with the medieval square and buildings, and the canals. Nagasaki, Japan was probably the most romantic location I've been to, because my wife wasn't with me in Bruges. Tops on the wish list are Prague, Czech Republic, and the Bavarian Alps.

The most fabulous vacation I took my family on was a Western Carribean Cruise...the stop in the Grand Cayman was absolutely amazing!!! :)

My husband and I were expecting our first child and he secretly planned a last "romantic" holiday together to Hawaii. It's been 14 years since that vacation and I would love to go again.

The most romantic get-a-way is with my wife anywhere we go.

The most romantic place I've ever been was standing on the shores of the Big Island in Hawaii watching the sun set from the Wiakola Hilton Resort.
The beautiful palm trees in the background , the whales and sea turtles all around. Paradise!!!!

Our most romantic getaway is Cambria, CA. The Best Western Moonstone Inn is right above a gorgeous beach. It is a very relaxing area, only a short drive from LA. There are sea lions in the spring and wine tasting year round. We try to go at least once each year.

I love the Best Western in Kerrville,TX. the view of the hill country is so beautiful.

Gordon and my most romantic moments are where ever we when we are together. At the Best Western's he usually gets his complimentary breakfast served in the room before he is dressed.

Prague is definately the most romantic getaway. My husband and I went there this September 2008. Words couldn't express the romance, we found. The city was breathingtaking. We celebrated our 17th wedding aniverssary. Something we will never forget, and hope to someday vist again.

As far as quick romantic get aways go, Lake Tahoe (BW - Timber Cove) is our favorite. the beautiful surroundings and fireplace room right on the lake.
We love the outdoors, so we can ride bikes, hike, swim and enjoy time away together. AND Cancun is awesome for a vacation further from home.

TheBest Western on the beach in Tofino has got to be the most romantic spot to share..even in the rain!!!

Captiva Island, Florida is full of love and romance in the air, water, sand, and on the beach, golf course, tennis courts, boats, and in the absolutely fantastic restaurants with the most breathtaking views! It doesn't get any better than this!!!

My dream vacation would take me to Ireland. The beauty of it's rolling hills, the emerald green of the countryside, it's romance as told of in the stories of the "little people" and it's haunting music all call one to the island. The songs of Daniel O'Donnell with their lilting melodies and wistful lyrics call one to see the land and meet the people .

It's a toss up between a beach front cabin on a BC Gulf Island or Cuba.

The most romantic getaway I would suggest is a beautiful chalet-style Best Western hotel located in Big Bear Lake, CA. It was a snowy President's Day weekend 2 years ago when I went up to go skiing with my boyfriend. We ended up getting snowed in at the resort due to white-out conditions, but made the most of our time in our cozy chateau with lots of hot chocolate and a fireplace to warm our hearts and hearth.

For me, it has to be Ft. Worth, Texas. Over two years ago, my first love and I reunited after 35 years apart. I live in California and he lives in Kentucky. We reunited in Ft. Worth, Texas. We stayed at a Best Western Hotel there for 2 nights in 2006, and we returned to that hotel and the same room, in 2007 and 2008 on our reunion anniversary to celebrate the renewal of our love for each other. It has become our romantic getaway of choice! Later this year we will be married at that hotel! Now, that is a romantic getaway!

The Big Island, Hawaii: its raw nature, darker and mysterious colors of the ground, its volcano, fewer people..like living as a Robinson Crusoe on an island full of secret places to explore!

The most romantic getaways are Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada, the Hawaiian islands, Paris, France and of course my dream vacation - Japan.

Most romantic for us is Branson, Nashville, Disneyworld, Boston and Arizona.

When your love affair with baseball begins as a kid growing up in the NYC area where the 3 centerfielders happen to be Willie, Mickey and the Duke, where else but Cooperstown with my wife!

One of my best romantic places to experience is Jacksonville, Fl the landing. It has excellent selection of restaurants all in walking distance from the riverfront hotels, with spectacular views from the cities skyline and of course great touring and walking areas along the riverfront with you special someone or take a dinner cruise.

Our most romantic destination is the Best Western Blue Rock Resort on Cape Cod. We spend a long weekend there every August to celebrate our anniversary - 35 years this year!

Our favorite romantic getaway is just traveling from one coaat to another across Canada. So many breath taking places to see and things to do.

We were on a very tight budget and spent our honeymoon in Myrtle beach in April. It was the most romantic trip I have ever been on. It wasn't crowded, we got a lot of personal attention and enjoyed every minute.

Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado, where you can soak away your cares outdoors in 100 - 110 degree mineral water pools and waterfalls surrounded by the majestic Rocky Mountains and a variety of wildlife.

Savannah, Georgia where we explored the city and enjoyed the scenery and the many parks they provide. Its a beautiful place to visit and would enjoy returning to it.

Maui Hawaii is the most romantic trip I have been on. The island is very beautiful with its great beaches and great walks on the beaches with your loved one. The luai is great at night with great food and dancing. MAUI is a fantasy island for me and will be remebered always.

Paris by far is still the most romantic experience on earth.

Hi! My romantic get away is spending time with my husband in the Canadian Rockies. And go for hikes and a nice dinner without the kids.

Our most romantic getaway was for our tenth anniversary in Hana, Maui. We have been back every other year including for our fortieth in 2007!

Our absolute most romantic getaway was at the Best Western in Corte Madera, CA for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. We had a hike through the redwoods, romantic dinner at the onsite restaurant Max's and a swim, bath and romantic treats in our room! The best date ever!

On Valentines Eve we stayed at a Best Western in Indio. I know doesn't sound romantic but it was because my dear husband surprised me with a concert to see John Legend. He knows I really love John Legend so we stayed at a Best Buy nearby after the conert. So it shows romance can be found even in the most desserted places.

The most romantic getaway I would suggest is the Best Western hotel located in Alexandria, VA. Of course, what makes if romantic is my high school sweetheart that has been my wife since 1968 would be with me as we explore the many wonders of DC. Why here, well the staff make you feel that you are the most important customere ever - they are friendly and helpful, the hotel is close to everything and we feel like a couple not a number.

The most romantic place was St. Anton, Austria where I went for my honeymoon; nothing like a romantic dinner, fireside at the ski chalet where we stayed and skiing in the Austrian Alps!

The Stanley Hotel located in Estes Park Colorado. My wife and I spent our honeymoon there and our ten year anniversary.

Our favorite romantic getaway is Newport, Oregon. We live in the desert so it is very enjoyable seeing water and greenery. And we love to watch the fog come in as we sip a cup of coffee, tea or a cocktail!

The Best Western on the island of Kaui is a very romantic destination. The hotel is centrally located for travel to all parts of the island and is a short walk from the beach.

After saving for 10 years for a camera safari to Keyna, Africa we finally made the trip. The most romantic moment in my life has to have been sitting on the veranda of our hotel with my husband overlooking a water hole at Tsavo National Park at dusk. With the sun setting behind the mountains in front of us and all the animals below us quenching their thirst, the scene was pure serenity and totally breathtaking. Then, the sun set, the stars came out and the lights surrounding the water hole went on. Every few minutes the scene changed with herds of different species coming in for a drink. We sat with our arms around each other for warmth and stayed until we couldn't keep our eyes open any longer. We felt so, so together and blessed that we had each other.

Florida’s Sanibel Island -- just minutes from Fort Myers and miles away from stress and worry. This tropical paradise is world-renowned for their shelling, nature preserve and fine dining.

When I was in the serivice when I was stationed in germany I loved it, was able to go to switzerland which I loved sooo much, when I got married we had our honeymonn in monetgo bay in jamaica, that won my heart also it would be hard to choose, with kids we haven't been able to travel much and my husband doesn't get leave time with his job, if he doesn't work he doesn't get paid.

For our first year anniversary of when we met, we have booked 2 nights in the Rocky Mountains at Canmore, Alberta, Canada in, of course, the beautiful Best Western there.

We stayed at the Best Western Valemont for Valentines. They have very clean rooms and jucuzzi's for the lovebirds... The restraunt there has the most amazing food!!! That was one romantic snowmobiling trip!!!

The most romantic trip my wife & I have taken was when we flew into Las Vegas and stayed there for a few days. Then we travelled through Arizonia, staying at Best Western's in every town that we stopped in! But, every trip is a great one with my wife of 30 years!

Glacier National Park in BC on a clear, moonlit summer night is just out of this world - you don't have to go into space to feel like you did!

Have to go with Hana in Maui. So many quiet beaches!

Believe it or not, TORTOLA, (in the Western Carribean) was the magical place where my husband and I had the best LASAGNA ever! It was also the most romantic place we' ve ever been.

My now husband and I went to Methoni, Greece for my sister and her husbands wedding. What a beautiful and romantic country. The architecture and sandy beaches with a salt air breeze made the time together wonderful.

My wife and I cruised the islands of Tahiti on the "Paul Gaugin" to celebrate our anniversary. Snorkeling, swimming with stingrays and sharks was incredible. With only 170 people on the ship, it was like a private yacht! Very romantic!

Most romantic trip we went on combined Disney World and Jupiter, Florida. One night watching the Spectromagic parade, and mornings watching the sunrise over Jupiter inlet - very romantic. Must have worked, we got married the next year. Our wish list includes Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Greece, and San Diego.

We just love Disneyland!

A little BW Inn in Cascade Locks that overlooks the Columbia River. A romantic place , next to the Bridge of the Gods and trains going by every other hour.. it has that certain ambience. We love watching the barges wind their way through the eddys of the river and under the bridge.

The San Juan Mountains in Colorado are my favorite romantic getaway.

Paris is a city for lovers

The sunset on the sugary white sand and teal blue water was the perfect setting for our 5th wedding anniversary.

The last romantic vacation my husband & I had was August 1984. Victoria, British Columbia. We enjoyed local museums & Butchart Gardens. WE stay wife my husbands aunt.

In 1969 our honeymoon was spent in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The first night we couldn't find a room and slept in the back of our VW Beetle . . . a bit cramped, but we were in love! Next night we found a room in St. Ignace. We still return to the U.P. as often as we can. Love it there!

Barcelona is amazing and very romantic! We would love to go again.

Maybe it would have been the trip to the mountains of Calabria or maybe the sunset shores of Hawaii or Loreto, MX. Certainly not the day stop in the national forest park along the highway going east in Pennsylvania where we parked, layed out a blanket and slept for a few hours before continuing our drive. Not sure which is the most romantic... hmmm maybe I if my husband was romantic I could tell! But I luv him as himself.

My husband and I are planning to get pregnant next year. We're hoping to do a "romantic" trip for our 2nd anniversary, before getting pregnant. Aruba or Antigua? something like that....

We just had the most romantic Valentine's getaway to the Best Western Logde in Half Moon Bay, CA. It was so peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful! What a great time we had!

My most romantic Travel Destination will take place Valentines Day 2010 for this is my wedding day and we plan to be swept away immediately after the reception and taken down to San Diego where we will hop on a cruise ship to spend 8 wonder days at sea in the Mexican Rivera on our Honeymoon. As we are both older ( in our 40's ) we plan to spend the rest of our lives enjoying the love we have for each other and lots and lots of travel without the worry of kids. As ours are already. So watch out world these wild and crazy lovers are coming to take over!!

I just experienced a Very Romantic Getaway this last weekend. My fiance and I stayed at the Best Western in Cle Elum, Washington. We spent the days snowboarding at The Summit/Snoqualmie Pass and the nights in our King Suite.

My husband of 37 years and I are both busy with our jobs. About 15 years ago we started taking day(s) trips for our February wedding anniv. instead of buying each other gifts. We enjoy the magic of Colorado, the shores of Lake Superior, and the rolling hills and farm machinery dealers in Wisconsin, much to the amazement of our friends! For us, romance means spending time together and Best Western hotels have provided us with a great place to stay on our trips. Thank you!

I have always dreamed of going to Hawaii, as I find the lushness of nature, and the eternal beauty of the sea very romantic! However, as a GC member, I have stayed at several BW's across the US (not Hawaii so far!) and have found that several approximate the privacy and natural setting I'm sure is inherent at any Hawaiian property- both in California and in Maryland.

The Black Hills of South Dakota is the most relaxing, romantic destination we have travelled to. Even though we're from SD and have travelled to several other states, there is nothing like the peacefulness and tranquility of the Black Hills to romance in motion.

Must have been the time spent with my wife in Banff Alberta, myself, her, no kids, mountain, stars, snow, cocktails and candlelight dinners.....oh how we should go sometime again soon........
