TRAVELING WITH MY DAUGHTERS (AGES 38 AND 35) TO TENN. WE GO TWICE A YEAR TO PUT FLOWERS ON MY PARENTS' GRAVE..WE STAYED AT BEST WESTERN IN NEWPORT TN. WITH AAA OUR ROOMS WERE $75 ON SIGNING OUT WE HAD A GREAT BREKFAST AND WAS SURPRISED WITH MY BILL..ONLY $49 A NIGHT...GREAT NIGHT SLEEP AND A GOOD BREAKFAST FOR $49...THAT WAS GREAT! THANKS BEST WESTERN! WE HAVE STAYED AT BEST WESTERN IN NEW YORK ALSO. IN TROY AND NEAR ATHENS..BOTH THE BEST PRICE AROUND..THANKS FOR MAKING OUR TRIP STAYING AT BEST WESTERN AFFORDABLE, C.H. OF NEW JERSEY

In Peterborough, Ont. the Super 8 Hotel just down the street from you is offering me a single room with a King Size bed and complimentary continental breakfast for 127.00 (all taxes included) . Can you offer me anything comparable. The room is for June 19 check in and check out June 20th. We used your hotel once before. My daughter will be going to Trent university in the fall and we will often need a place to stay.

Looking for a room in the Orlando Gateway Hotel, with a jacuzzi tub in the room...What kind of rate can you give me??

Ohkay so i went on vacation to Salisbury, Maryland and stayed at a Bestwestern Just like i do every year . But this year the Bestwestern i stayed at was horrible. My family and I of 6 rented two , two double bed rooms . The first night are toilet was clogged and noone had even used it . the next day we woke up ealry to go try some of the breakfast , so my mom and i decided to leave everyone else sleeping and go get them breakfast . so after were getting breakfast for 6 people! the lady at the frontdesk told us we couldnt get all that food . We told her it was for all 6 of us and she saw us come in the night before. But still denied us the right to get any breakfast. Then two days after that we were going to fill up are small cooler to go to the beach for a couple hours and when we went to the ice machine the hotel offers , one of the employees told us we couldnt fill up coolers , mind you she was a white female and we are a hispanic family. we asked why and she said it was too big . so we ignored her and continued to fill up are cooler which only took about 3 small ice buckets .She later came back and yelled in our face . But we ignored her and left to the beach . When we came back that night neither of our rooms opened , we tried all of our keys . So we went to the front desk and they told us they disabled it because we mistreated her employee, but that she would give us a second chance . But my Mother and my Dad said enough is enough and we packed are bags and checked out . I believe this was a very racist treatment we got at this hotel , and would love if something was done to stop this for future guest. Thank you for your time .

My husband and I stay at Best Westerns throughout British Columbia, Canada, they all have been wonderful, staff, emenities, and continental breakfast, especially the one in Kelowna BC, the staff is totally a cut above, and more often then not we even have a small vase of fresh flowers in our room when we arrive, talk about an extra nice touch, keep up the good work Best Western
