We continue our showcase of the Best Western Indie Films series with the story of Best Western hotel owners, Vicki and Nick Massad, and how their family cares for their guests. We hope you are as inspired as we were upon hearing how they rebuilt their hotel from a hurricane and left a lasting legacy for future generations.
Every hotel has its own story, take some time to get to know Vicki and Nick Massad and their hotel.

So long as you insist on quoting prices which do not include taxes and fees, will continue to be disappointed. I need to know, up front, how much I will be paying. The real price--ie; what I am being asked to take from my pocket-- is your price plus taxes. I know it is not your fault that tax is levied but c'est la vie; it's not my fault either. To be told one price and then, at payment, to find that anything between 10 and 15 percent has been added, can only leave a bad taste in the customer's mouth. I'm sure that, if it was done to you in Paris, you would put it down to underhand French dealings, out to wrestle more money from the unsuspecting traveler. I hope you will consider this when you consider future marketing techniques. After all, you could become considered as a trail-blazer in US hotel marketing, which would do your business no harm.
