Spring Break's Impact on Business Trips

spring break.jpgDespite the current deep freeze across much of the US, it's time to start focusing on Spring Break... and how a very busy March is going to impact your business trips.

With Easter coming early this year (on March 31), families, students and business travelers are on a collision course during the month of March. The peak in demand means that March is going to be an unusually expensive and crowded month for travel, so plan accordingly.

And while we are on the subject of Spring break, the infographic below illustrates just how big the annual rite has become. For example, did you know that students spend a whopping $1 billion per year on trips to Florida and Texas? Panama City, Florida alone hosts some 500,000 students every year.

    I would go to Orlando that's where Disney World is. The most magical place on earth and home of some of the nicest Best Western hotels
